By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event at The Moon, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and venue policies.

The Moon is a music and entertainment venue that hosts concerts, performances, private events, and other gatherings. These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, ticket purchasers, visitors, performers, and other individuals using our website or attending events at the venue, unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective when posted to our website. Your continued use of the website or attendance at the venue after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Tickets and Event Admission
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time for which they were purchased.
Guests must present a valid ticket or other authorized proof of admission when entering the venue. Tickets may be presented electronically or in another format accepted by The Moon and AXS.com.
Each ticket generally admits one person unless otherwise specified. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or otherwise reproduced for unauthorized admission.
The Moon reserves the right to refuse admission or remove an individual from the venue when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or experience of guests, employees, performers, or other individuals.
Children and minors may be subject to age restrictions or additional requirements depending on the event. Please review the specific event information before purchasing tickets.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.
Ticket prices, fees, seating arrangements, event information, and other details are subject to change without notice prior to purchase.
Once a ticket purchase has been completed, the purchaser is responsible for reviewing the order confirmation and ensuring that the event date, time, number of tickets, and other details are correct.
The Moon is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
Tickets obtained through fraud, unauthorized resale, counterfeiting, or other prohibited means may be canceled without refund.
Tickets sold through Moonevents.com via AXS will be subject to Moon events Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to AXS.com's Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, all ticket sales are final.
Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or where The Moon expressly authorizes a refund, exchange, or credit.
If an event is canceled, postponed, or significantly changed, The Moon will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide information regarding any available refund, exchange, or replacement options.
Refund policies may vary depending on the event, ticketing provider, performer, promoter, or circumstances surrounding the event.
The Moon is not responsible for travel, lodging, parking, transportation, or other expenses incurred by guests in connection with an event that is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise changed.
5. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Postponements
The Moon reserves the right to change event dates, times, performers, schedules, seating arrangements, or other event details when circumstances require.
Events may be canceled, postponed, delayed, relocated, or modified due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

6. Venue Admission and Right to Refuse Entry
For the safety and comfort of all guests, The Moon and The Moon Staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct violates these Terms & Conditions, venue policies, applicable laws, or reasonable standards of behavior.
Admission may be refused or an individual may be removed for reasons including, but not limited to:

Disruptive, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior

Harassment of guests, employees, performers, or other individuals

Fighting or threatening physical violence

Intoxication or impairment that creates a safety concern

Possession of prohibited items

Failure to follow reasonable instructions from venue personnel

Damage to venue property

Violation of applicable laws

Unauthorized commercial activity

Behavior that substantially interferes with an event or other guests' enjoyment
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by The Moon, individuals removed from the venue may not be entitled to a refund.
7. Prohibited Items
For the safety of guests, staff, performers, and the venue, certain items are not permitted inside The Moon.
Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to:

Firearms, weapons, or other dangerous objects

Explosives, fireworks, or incendiary devices

Illegal drugs or controlled substances

Outside alcoholic beverages

Outside food or beverages, unless specifically permitted

Large bags, oversized luggage, or other items that cannot reasonably be accommodated

Laser pointers or similar devices that may interfere with performances

Air horns, loud noisemakers, or other disruptive devices

Items intended to damage, obstruct, or interfere with venue property or equipment

Any other item that venue personnel reasonably determine presents a safety, security, or operational concern
The venue may inspect bags, belongings, or other items brought onto the premises where permitted by applicable law.
Prohibited items may be denied entry, confiscated where legally permitted, or required to be removed from the premises.
8. Outside Food and Beverages
Outside food and beverages are may not be brought into The Moon venue.
Exceptions may be made for approved accessibility needs, medical requirements, infants or young children, or other circumstances at the venue's discretion.
9. Dress and Conduct
The Moon does not maintain a strict formal dress code. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the particular event and in a manner that is respectful of other guests.
Because The Moon may host family-friendly events and audiences of varying ages, guests are asked to use reasonable judgment and avoid clothing or attire that is excessively revealing, offensive, or disruptive.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, employees, other guests, and venue property.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, fighting, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
10. Accessibility
The Moon is committed to providing an accessible and welcoming environment for all guests.
The venue provides accessibility features and accommodations intended to allow guests with disabilities to enjoy performances and events. These may include accessible entrances, ramps, floor-level access, accessible seating areas, accessible restrooms, and other accommodations as appropriate for the facility.

11. Photography, Video, and Recording

Professional photography, commercial recording, livestreaming, or other commercial use of event content generally requires prior written authorization.
Tripods, large recording equipment, professional lighting equipment, or other equipment that may obstruct views, interfere with performances, or create a safety concern may not be permitted.
Performers, promoters, or individual events may impose additional photography and recording restrictions.
12. Guest Photography and Social Media
By attending an event at The Moon, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or other recordings may be taken by The Moon, its representatives, performers, event partners, or authorized media personnel.
These recordings may include your image, likeness, voice, or presence and may be used for legitimate promotional, marketing, archival, or informational purposes, subject to applicable law.
If you do not wish to be intentionally featured in promotional material, please notify venue personnel when reasonably possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where practical, but cannot guarantee that incidental appearances in crowd or event footage can be completely avoided.
Guests are welcome to share their own photographs and experiences on social media, provided that doing so does not violate the rights of performers, other guests, The Moon, SCP, or applicable laws.
13. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting The Moon.
The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended personal property.
If you find a lost item, please turn it over to venue personnel rather than keeping it.
Lost-and-found items may be retained for a limited period of time before being donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of.
14. Alcohol and Intoxication
Where alcoholic beverages are served, guests must comply with all applicable laws and venue policies.
Guests must meet all applicable age requirements for the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
The Moon reserves the right to refuse alcohol service and/or remove individuals who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, threatening, or otherwise creating a safety concern.
Guests may not provide alcoholic beverages to individuals who are underage or otherwise prohibited from consuming alcohol.
15. Smoking and Vaping
Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or similar products are not permitted on The Moon property. Guests must comply with all posted smoking and vaping restrictions.
16. Children and Minors
Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children and minors in their care.
Certain events may have specific age requirements. Guests are responsible for reviewing event-specific information before purchasing tickets.
Children must not be left unattended inside or around the venue.
17. Parking and Transportation
Parking availability, fees, restrictions, and access may vary depending on the event.
The Moon does not guarantee the availability of parking unless specifically stated.
Guests are responsible for complying with posted parking regulations and applicable laws.
The Moon is not responsible for theft of or damage to vehicles or property left inside vehicles, except where otherwise required by law.
18. Health and Safety
Guests are expected to follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by venue personnel.
In the event of an emergency, guests must follow instructions from venue staff, emergency personnel, and other authorized individuals.
Guests should not enter restricted areas, backstage areas, production areas, performer areas, offices, or other spaces designated for authorized personnel only.
19. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at concerts and other live events involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to crowds, standing, uneven surfaces, loud music, lighting effects, sudden sounds, weather conditions, and the actions of other guests.
By attending an event, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with attending a live event, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Guests should use reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of those around them.
20. Hearing Protection
Live performances may involve high sound levels. Guests who are sensitive to loud sounds or who have concerns regarding hearing should consider using appropriate hearing protection.

The moonevents.com website is provided for informational and commercial purposes related to the venue and its events.
Users agree not to:

29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, guests agree to be responsible for losses, damages, or reasonable expenses resulting from their unlawful, negligent, or intentional actions, including damage caused to venue property or harm caused to other individuals.
30. Force Majeure
The Moon will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, fire, power outages, public emergencies, governmental actions, labor disruptions, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
31. Compliance With Laws
All guests and visitors must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws while on Moon property.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to grant permission to engage in conduct that is prohibited by law.
32. Enforcement
Venue personnel may enforce these Terms & Conditions and other posted venue policies.
Failure by The Moon to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of the venue's right to enforce that provision in the future.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
34. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
